Miss A Brinkley

I note that the writer of the letter from A. Brinkley in Barunga inquiring about Noel Brinkley and the Welden brothers does not purport to be a Miss.
My grandfather was a cousin to Noel Brinkley on his father's side and to the Weldens on his mother's side.
His younger brother Alec may have been the enquirer.

Thanks for your comment. I see what you mean - the enquiry letter is only signed A. Brinkley and it is the Red Cross who have added the 'Miss'. Do you have any information that leads you to believe that Alec would have been at Barunga at this time?
