Sergeant Wilfred F.H. Lodge (killed) was born at North Adelaide on March 26, 1894, and was a son of Mr P.H. Lodge. At the time he volunteered for service he was employed at the "Register" office. Early in life he was living in London, where he went to school. On his return to Adelaide he went to the North Adelaide school, and then to the Sturt Street and the Adelaide High School. He had a wide circle of friends, who deeply regret his death. Source https://discoveringanzacs.naa.gov.au/browse/gallery/159352
