Corporal Robert Nenke

Corporal Robert Nenke, was born at Nuriootpa, South Australia, on 14 November 1893. He enlisted at Adelaide on 18 August 1914 and served at Gallipoli, Alexandria and France. He was wounded in action in France on 28 August 1917 and again on 7 August 1918. He died from his wounds on 8 August 1918. He is buried in the Crouy British Cemetery, Crouy-sur-Somme.
