claude ernest alfred was my grandfather, he served in both WW1 and WW2. he died at 68 and is buried in brighton cemetery, adelaide, SA, (not victoria as cited on other sites). this photo has been scanned from a large framed photo of him belonging to my late mother (his daughter)
